Kidnapped rare Serbian eagle freed into wild after rescue

• A rare eastern imperial eagle has been rescued from animal traffickers and released back into the wild in Serbia after months in captivity.
• After leaving the nest last year, Feliks was caught in Syria by poachers who eventually demanded a ransom - which was refused.
• After protracted talks the bird was taken to a wildlife centre in Beirut, Lebanon, where he recuperated for more than half a year before his repatriation on a Serbian military plane.
