Bulgaria investigates fire at weapons site that owner calls sabotage

• Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev said the authorities "are not ruling out outside interference" in the incident in central Bulgaria.
• No-one was injured in the blaze that triggered a series of explosions.
